- 4 hot dog sausages
- 4 soft buns
- 4 tbsp Vishaal Natural Chicago-style relish
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- Yellow mustard, to taste
- A pinch of celery salt
Method
Grill or steam the sausages until hot and lightly charred.
Warm the buns and place a sausage in each.
Spoon over the relish and scatter with diced onion.
Tuck in the tomato wedges alongside the sausage.
Finish with a zig-zag of mustard and a pinch of celery salt.
